SHIPPING
Our products are usually shipped within 24 hours of when you place your order. If your items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delay in filling your order.

Time of shipment for Ground Service is usually 3-6 business days. Expedited delivery varies by the service selected. Please refer to the shipper's website for more specific information on delivery time.

SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax for some products, such as our Herbal Supplements, for customers receiving purchases at addresses in Minnesota. Because of our location in Scandia, Minnesota, we collect the 6.875% base sales tax rate and an additional 0.25% Transit Improvement tax, for a total of 7.125% on taxable items.   

RETURNS
If you receive a product that is not satisfactory, or if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, please let us know so that we may endeavor to make it right. Please contact us in a timely manner so that we may promptly assist you. You can contact us at admin@sagegecko.com.

REFUNDS
If you are due a refund, you can expect to receive it in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund amount.
